Next, we'll ease the exposed edges of the plastic bag saver. Set up your router table with a 1/4" or 3/8" radius roundover bit equipped with a bearing tip. Adjust the height and test the router's cut on a piece of scrap stock. Once you're happy with the height of the roundover bit, ease all of the exposed edges of the box.

On the two side pieces, ease the two long outside edges only.

On the front piece, ease only the curved cut and the two outside long edges.

On the bottom piece, ease the front and two sides of both the top and bottom faces.

On the thin, top piece, ease the two ends on both the top and bottom faces.

On the lid, ease the two sides and the front edge on both the top and bottom faces.
