Before we move on, we should take a moment to sand the curved cuts we made in the front of the plastic bag saver in a previous step of these free woodworking plans.

There are a number of ways to sand these curved cuts. While you could certainly do it by hand, I prefer to set up a spindle sander or place a sanding drum in your router and adjusting the router's speed to the lowest possible setting to avoid burning the wood.

Sand the curved cuts until they are evenly smooth and circular.
