The final step will vary depending on your installation. In my case, we have a metal and wood baker's rack in the kitchen that was a perfect location for hanging the plastic bag saver. I simply attached some small coat hooks onto the back of the plastic shopping bag saver and hung the unit on the shelf supports of the baker's rack.

You may wish to connect the unit with some screws directly through the back and into a stud in your wall or perhaps onto the inside of a pantry door. Whatever method you deem appropriate should be fine, as the unit is relatively light and will not have much weight, even when it is filled with plastic bags.

To use the bag saver, simply open the top of the unit and stuff bags individually down inside the bag saver. You should be able to get about 40 standard-sized shopping bags into the unit before you begin to feel that you're over-stuffing it.

When you need a new bag for one use or another, simply grab one from the opening in the bottom of the unit, and when you come home from the store and need to store some shopping bags, open the top and stuff them into the bag saver.
