The Bottom Line
The DeWalt DWMTC15 Magnetic ToughCase is really a great idea for anyone on a job site who needs quick access to a variety of bits and bit holders. This case has a pair of strong, heavy-duty magnets in the lid. Simply open the case and attach the magnets to any steel surface, and the bits in the case are at your ready. The case is small enough to fit into a work belt pouch for easy transport. The DeWalt DWMTC15 Magnetic ToughCase kit includes a variety of the most commonly-used bits, and would be a very welcome addition to the tool collection for any contractor, woodworker, plumber or carpenter.

Guide Review - DeWalt DWMTC15 Magnetic ToughCase Review
The DeWalt DWMTC15 is a well-designed little accessory case. While it comes with 15 screw bits, one can use the case to hold nearly any type of bits or small accessories. With internal measurements of 6-1/2" x 2-1/4" x 1-1/4", the case will hold quite a few bits or other small items that one needs at the fingertips on the job.
I particularly liked how well the two heavy-duty magnets in the case lid held the case securely, and the non-marring strip below the magnets prevent the case from slipping or damaging the surface. While I probably wouldn't advise using the magnets on the exterior of your new car, it certainly would help prevent damage to ferrous surfaces on the job site.
I also liked the heavy-duty flip-latch to close the case. The latch should hold the case securely closed in the event of that the case is dropped, which would obviously be much better than the other option of having to pick up all of the scattered bits should the latch not hold.
One word of caution. The magnets in this case are quite strong, so if you have any sensitive electronic equipment, keep the case away. Additionally, I wouldn't recommend storing any bits in the case that are used on electronic equipment, as the magnets may impart a magnetic charge to bits that are stored in the case.
