A Clarification of a Previous Post

About three months ago in this space, I referenced a press release on Hitachi's 10-year LithiumIon Power Tool Warranty. As a reader so astutely pointed out to me today, I mis-read the press release.
To be correct, the LithiumIon POWERED tools by Hitachi are covered by a ten-year warranty. However, the LithiumIon batteries themselves are only covered by a two-year warranty. This became clear to me after I re-read the Hitachi warranty information page.
