LumberJocks Woodworking Awards Winter 2009

The Winter 2009 edition of the LumberJocks Woodworking Awards has officially begun!
This winter's contest should be particularly interesting, with the following categories:
- A Knot Like No Other: Have a particularly interesting knot in a piece of stock? Build a project that highlights that knot. Just be sure to describe how the knot inspired you to develop your project.
- A Secret Compartment: Design and build a project that includes a secret, hidden compartment. (Of course, after your project is posted on the web for all the world to see, the compartment won't be a secret anymore, but we won't tell anyone if you don't.)
There are prizes available in both categories, plus a DeWalt Tracksaw for the top overall vote-getter. Check out LumberJocks Woodworking Awards Winter 2009 for all of the details.
