Gator Zip Multi-Surface Sanding Tool Review

Monday August 4, 2008
Longtime readers of this space are well aware of my lack of affection for hand sanding. I view hand sanding as a necessary evil, one that must be endured more than enjoyed. However, the results are always worthy of the dirty, dusty efforts put into the hand sanding.

That being said, I was truly impressed with the Gator Zip Multi-Surface Sanding Tool. This ergonomically-designed sanding sponge with the ability to change sanding sheets via a hook-and-loop connection system made hand sanding seem almost palatable. The tasks I put the Gator Zip Sander through certainly went far quicker than traditional hand sanding would've finished the jobs.

Does this mean that the Gator Zip Sanding system is right for your wood shop? Learn the advantages and disadvantages of the Gator Zip Multi-Surface Sanding Tool Review.
